There are a few items we’ll need in order to get you onboarded:

  1. Create a free LastPass account, if you don’t already have one. Remember which email address you use to sign up, you’ll need it for the form below. We use LastPass to securely share credentials for websites and accounts.
  2. We’ll be sending you invites to Slack, ClickUp and ManageWP after the below form is filled out. Please accept the 3 invitations as soon as you receive them. To note: Our team Slack channel workspace url is focuswp.slack.com
  3. Complete the appropriate tax form, depending on where you live:
    • If you reside in the United States: Download and complete a W9 Form
    • If you reside OUTSIDE the United States: Download and complete a W-8BEN Form
      Please send the completed form to Tom via Slack.
  4. Finally, fill out the form below with your contact info.
