Are you a skilled WordPress Web Developer hungry for new and exciting projects?

If so, we want to hear from you! At FocusWP, we are constantly on the lookout for talented devs who can bring their skillz and expertise to our team.

As a FocusWP Developer, you’ll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects for clients across various industries, and around the world.

You will only have to take on tasks that suit your skill set and availability. We ask that you accept a minimum of one ticket per week to remain active as a FocusWP Developer. There is no max number, as long as you are able to deliver high quality work on time.

Requirements:

• Your work day must overlap with our work day (9am – 6pm ET) by a minimum of 3 hours.
• You will not need to communicate directly with customers, but your reading comprehension must be high and your written English must be clearly understandable by the rest of the team to prevent misunderstandings on projects.
• You must be a team player, willing to support your colleagues and celebrate their successes.
• You can admit if you are stuck or need help. (No one knows how to do EVERYTHING; That’s why we have a collaborative team atmosphere.)
• You work well autonomously and don’t need to be micro-managed.
• You are able to accurately estimate the amount of time a task will take.
• You meet the deadlines you set.

What this job DOESN’T provide:

• No meetings.
• No one looking over your shoulder.
• No isolation (the whole team is there for support, co-working, whatever you need!).

Compensation:

We pay competitive hourly rates, based on experience. Pay days are the 1st and 15th of each month for work completed the previous period.
