Project Manager

Are you a skilled Project Manager hungry for new and exciting projects?

As a FocusWP Project Manager, you’ll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects for clients across various industries, locations, and cultures.

Requirements:

  • Your work day must overlap with our work day (9am – 6pm ET) by a minimum of 3 hours.
  • Your communication skills must be top notch. 
  • You understand the structure of web design, development, and marketing projects and are able to create accurate scope documents and milestone dates.
  • You must be a team player, willing to support your colleagues and celebrate their successes.
  • You can admit if you are stuck or need help. (No one knows how to do EVERYTHING; That’s why we have a collaborative team atmosphere.)
  • You work well autonomously and don’t need to be micro-managed.
  • You are able to accurately estimate the amount of time a task will take.
  • You meet the deadlines you set.

What this job DOESN’T provide:

  • No one looking over your shoulder.
  • No isolation (the whole team is there for support, co-working, whatever you need!).

Compensation:

We pay competitive hourly rates, based on experience. Pay days are the 5th and 20th of each month for work completed the previous period.
