Vacation Service

Whether it be for vacation, health or other personal matters, taking time off can be stressful! If you maintain websites on behalf of your clients, they need to be able to get a hold of someone at all times.

That’s where FocusWP’s Vacation/Leave of Absence service comes in. Simply forward an email address to us and we’ll take care of your clients web needs in your absence. From content updates to fixes, we’ve got you covered.

Here’s how it works

  • We will send you a form to securely provide credentials for all the sites you want added to your account, or you can simply add us as a collaborator or team member of your BlogVault, ManageWP or MainWP account.
  • You will need to set up a forward so client emails are routed to us (either at our address or grant us access to one of yours).
  • We will monitor any client emails coming in during our business hours of 9am – 6pm ET and respond within 1 hour of receiving any requests.
  • Our devs will make any content edits or troubleshoot any issues, as requested by your clients for the extent of your absence.

How does the pricing work?

  • The onboarding fee is $15/site with a minimum onboarding charge of $150. This includes getting the credentials for each site, testing our login to verify access, and adding each site to our secure system.
  • The cost is $40/day for unlimited sites.
  • We will perform any content updates requested by your clients or troubleshoot any issues that arise. Up to 30 minutes of work per day is included. (Note: 30 min per day total, not per site. Hours do not roll over.)
  • Any additional hours required beyond the 30 minutes per day will be tracked and charged at our hourly rate of $79/hr USD. We will automatically charge this to your credit card on file on the 1st day of the following month after your return.
  • If you would like us to be truly white label, we can use an email address at your domain. There will be an additional one-time fee of $200 for configuration of this option. This is not required. If you prefer, you can simply let your clients know that you have a support team in place to look after their needs and they should be on the lookout for any responses from our address We would be happy to send an introductory email, if you wish.
