Serious fangirling happening here!

I had the privilege of attending the Recurring Revenue Retreat (R³) in Orlando, Florida USA in September 2019. What an event! I left energized with new plans, new inspiration, and many new friends.

A highlight was the keynote address by one of my business heroes, Mike Michalowicz. He had just released his book Clockwork: Design Your Business to Run Itself and was talking about how to get your business running more successfully, and not dependent on you. “Run your business, don’t let your business run you!”

Watch to find out what your “Queen Bee Role” is and how to apply the three Ts to tasks. Oh, and I am painfully aware as I rewatch this that the word I was looking for is ACRONYM. Sigh. The joys of a live broadcast! ?‍♀️
